MVFS errors when trying to open view private files

Troubleshooting


Problem

This technote discusses MVFS errors, such as []mvfs: Error: mvfs_nt2vfs_opensendirp: failed OPEN irp fop 0x84E74008 status 0xc000000d[], that will occur when using IBM® Rational® ClearCase® with Microsoft® Windows® Dynamic Disks.

Symptom

Trouble accessing view private files and the MVFS logs report the following errors:
