APAR status

Error description

• When viewing multiple intervals of exceptions, user may be
  incorrectly sent to the main QM panel (CQM$MAIN).  This
  occurs when the data collector started task is not running.
  Single intervals can be viewed but selecting multiple intervals
  causes the user to go back to the main panel with no error
  message.
