Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool ALC line command did not honour the
  setting of the DEFAULT column on panel ADB27C 'ALTER Table'
  when the user attempted to change a column from:
  CHAR(n) NOT NULL
  to
  CHAR(n) NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT
