Error description

• OMEGAMON XE agent fails with collect time limit exceeded message
  KO2I0191W while collecting data from DB2 table DPSRMUTL.
  The failure is due to the repeated dynamic allocation and
  dynamic deallocation of the DB2 SYSUTLx dataset.
  Circumvention:  Set a large collect timer interval in member
  CCPC<smfid> of dataset type RKD2PAR as follows:
  START COMMCOLL,PARM=(TRACE=NO,STIMER=00030000)
