Error description

• Omegamon would need to do a terminate thread and terminate
  identify when a bad return code from RRSAF function call.
  This will help prevent from DB2 subsystem coming down after
  detachment (abend033E) from the task with DB2 ABEND04F
  RC00F30410
  .
  For example:

  O21921I IFI COLLECTOR (RRSAF) CONNECTION TERMINATED
  following with DSNV086E w/ DB2 ABNORMAL TERMINATION RC00F30410

  DB2 has opened apar PK25162 to correct the DB2 termination abend
