Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool LKEY line command displayed a
  message "Not a partitioned table" when issued against a
  partitioned object created in a release prior to DB2 R810.

  *                 DB2 V7 to DB2 V8, may be affected.           *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The  LKEY  line  command  displayed   a *
  *                      message "Not a partitioned table"  when *
  *                      issued  against  a  partitioned  object *
  *                      created in a release prior to DB2 R810. *

  *                      When Object  migrated from DB2 V7 to V8 *
  *                       "LOGICAL_PART of SYSIBM.SYSTABLEPART"  *
  *                      is set to ZERO  no matter if the object *
  *                      is partitioned or not.                  *

  *                      Select statement will be changed to use *
  *                      "PARTITION of SYSIBM.SYSTABLEPART", not *
  *                      "LOGICAL_PART of SYSIBM.SYSTABLEPART",  *
  *                      as this field may be set to ZERO during *
  *                      DB2 migration even if the object(s) are *
  *                      partitioned.                            *
