Error description

  • ZRLMS panel for RES LIMIT showed RLF NOT ACTIVE for the thread,
but Historical Report showed the RLF is ACTIVE.
.
Need to investigate the method of combined IFCIDs and control
blocks to get the RLF active status with active thread.
