Error description

• For WSL Panel ADB21W a return form a command (PF3) does not end
  and return in a consistent manner. Sometimes it maintains
  position in the memeber list, other times it loses it. This can
  be frustrating, time consuming, and error prone, when there are
  hundreds of members in the WSL.
