Error description

• IMS Connect creates instrumentation Event 66 for receipt of a
  message from OTMA.  The key of this record is the OMUSR_LTOKEN
  from the OTMA User Data section.  IMS Connect is using DSECT
  HWSOMPFX to address the OTMA User Data.  This DSECT assumes that
  the OTMA Security Data is x'006A' bytes long, which is not
  always the case.  IMS Connect does have the correct address of
  the OTMA User Data section and should use this address to base
  section HWSOMUSR to map the OTMA User Data.
