Problem conclusion
A config action was created to update the ikeyman.sh to correct the syntax errors in the shell script. The config action will update the file when the Service Pack 6.1.0.3 is applied. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fixpack 6.1.0.3.
