  Application Server should NOT be undoing configuration
  that we explicitly set.  This was not done in previous
  releases.  This is a regression.
  

Problem conclusion

• When calling addNode, it used to be that all admin ports were
  disabled and other TCP ports were enabled. To fix this
  problem, we now only disable admin ports while leaving other
  ports as is.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
  in fixpack 6.1.0.1.
