• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When changing process status from "in definition" to "active"
  following errors issued and process remains in"in definition"
  state. Customer suspect that problem is in croatian day names
  which contains special characters.
  SQL op failed, SQLCODE : -501, module : DSNXERT, PM server func:
  strtstps, SQLSTATE : 24501, SQLERRD : -240
