PI99043: HLOUBKUP FAILS WITH SQLCODE = -204 WHEN TABLE HAS LOWER CASE CHARACTER TABLE NAME

Error description

• When table in accelerator with a name created with lowercase
  characters, like "testd12t". Table is successfully created in
  accelerator, but when running program HLOBKUP for this table to
  create backup, it abends with message:
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -204, ERROR: TESTD12.TESTD12T
