Problem summary

• While processing queue type 4 requests for programs requiring
  the SQLCA data structure, the analysis is terminated
  prematurely and displays the following messages similar to the
  following:
  PostProcessor INFO: DMH1761I: Start processing queue type 04.
  Analyze file.
  System abend code 013, reason code 00000024
  Abend in host command EXECIO or address environment routine TSO.
  EXECIO error while trying to GET or PUT a record.

  PostProcessor INFO: DMH1762I: Queue type=04 RC=16 for File
  file_name
  The tokenizer can get stuck in an endless loop when the SQLCA
  is empty or has no valid tokens.
  

Problem conclusion

• The tokenizer has been updated to correctly recognize the
  faulty scenarios and respond appropriately.
