PI98101: IMPROVE REBUILD-INDEXES-EXECUTE AND INTELLIGENT-REBUILD LOGIC

APAR status

Error description

• Currently, if INTELLIGENT-REBUILD is set to Y and
  REBUILD-INDEXES-EXECUTE is set to N, Db2 Cloning Tool displays
  message CKZ53638W and sets INTELLIGENT-REBUILD to N. As a
  result, the user cannot generate a REBUILD job in the
  INTELLIGENT-REBUILD DD and run it later, nor can they rebuild
  or generate REBUILD statements for unmatched indexes.
  This fix allows INTELLIGENT-REBUILD to generate the
  REBUILD statements without running them. Also, this fix
  includes processing of unmatched indexes using target job
  templates.
