PI98027: MISCELLANEOUS FIXES FOR LOG APPLY

Error description

• These fixes include the following fixes for the Log Apply
  component:
  1) SQLCODE=-206 in Db2 V11 CM/V11 NFM Tablespace Cloning
  binds for CKZ#MAIN
  2) Abend U1007 in module CKZ#LGAP
  3) Loss of data when reading active logs greater than 4GB
  4) Active log read fails with RC=X' 378000' when all logs
  are encrypted
  5) ABEND S0C4 or S0C1 can occur after a U0008 or a U0012
  6) Job fails when DIAG TRAPS are turned ON
