PI97102: PROVIDE NEW SAMPLE REPORTS IN IMS PA FOR HALDB, AND ENHANCE THE DATABASE UPDATE ACTIVITY REPORT

Error description

• Two items within this enhancement:
  1. New sample forms are becoming available (refer to ++HOLD
  for more information). To add the new samples to your Report
  Forms data set, select Samples in the action bar of the Report
  Report Forms panel or enter SAMPLES on the command line.
  This item is a result of RFE # 46536.
  2. The Database Update Activity report (Format 2) is updated to
  provide information regarding Online Reorganization (OLR)
  activity. This is identified by a Proc type of OLR - Record
  written during Online Reorganization.
