Error description

• After running a map with 2 input cards and one output card, it
  may be observed that certain characters (such as the umlaut
  character) appear to be 'lost' or missing in the output.

  This can occur when mapping from a native schema input card to a
  native schema output card - depending on the inclusion of a
  completely unrelated input card.

  Umlaut character 'lost' mapping from a native schema input card
  to a native schema output card

Problem conclusion

• Fixed umlaut conversion issue when using native schema.
  Previously umlaut would be lost due to the data being assigned
  the wrong encoding.
  Also fixed issue with mapping default anyType fields. Previously
  a crash or missing data would be the result.
