When attempt to click submit button on the 2nd clicked instance to re-issue and re-run the query against the back end data source where the data has been changed, observe cached previous values.
Local fix
i. Change the in-line prompt filter criteria and click Finish submit button, and change filter value back again. ii. Close report and re-run report from Cognos connection portal again.
