PI96411: PROVIDE A UTILITY TO EXTRACT EXCEPTION TRACE RECORDS FROM OMEGAMON FOR IMS ATF TRACE OUTPUT

Error description

• Provide a utility to extract records from log streams for IBM
  OMEGAMON for IMS. The ability to extract only defined exception
  event records is required. With OMEGAMON for IMS V5.3 and V5.4
  this is satisfied by copying from the DX/SX log streams. For
  OMEGAMON for IMS V5.5 APAR OA54667 is required, as exception
  records are written to the DL log stream only in this release,
  as the DX log stream is being discontinued.
  This is being implemented as a result of RFE # 114625.
