PI95600: QUERY MONITOR REORG RECOMMENDATION EXCEPTION

Error description

• This enhancement adds the ability to leverage advice from IBM
  DB2 Query Monitor via a new exception/symptom called REORG
  AVOIDANCE.  A new entity called a Performance Window will
  provide start/end timestamps for CQM to monitor SQL that runs
  within that performance window against any object contained in
  the HAA object profile being processed.  Over time, CQM can
  detect performance degradation in the SQL being recorded.
  Should HAA exceptions recommend a REORG, the REORG can be
  avoided when:
  .
   1) the REORG AVOIDANCE exception is selected
   2) the SQL that CQM has recorded shows little indication of
      performance degradation.
