  when an Update statement is executed with the WHERE CURRENT OF

  *                      with PI88146 was previously applied     *

  After PI88146 is applied, during the processing of a SET
  host variable to special register CURRENT PACKAGESET
  statement following a positioned UPDATE/DELETE, Db2
  referenced an unavailable internal block for such SET
  host variable statement. That resulted in the reported abend.
  
  The following scenario illustrates an example of failing case.
  
  1. Declare a cursor
  EXEC SQL DECLARE CUR1 CURSOR WITH HOLD FOR SELECT C1 FROM T1
           WHERE C1 <> 'STHE' FOR UPDATE OF C1
  
  2. Update table T1
  EXEC SQL UPDATE T1 SET C1 = 'EFGH' WHERE CURRENT OF CUR1
  
  3. Set host variable to CURRENT PACKAGESET special register
  EXEC SQL SET :HV1 = CURRENT PACKAGESET
  
  The abend can occur during the processing of the SET statement.

Problem conclusion

• Db2 is modified to properly process such SET host variable
