APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Two messages were sent to FTM ACH for the same payment.
    FTM ACH made a call to EWS twice.  The first time it worked
    fine, but the second time failed because the payment was already
    there.  FTM ACH then took the failure and cancelled the payment.
