PI94684: ABEND S04E-00E20017 CAN OCCUR IN DB2 AND UTILITY JOBS

Error description

• This APAR addresses an S04E-00E20017 resulting when DB2 attempts
  to free an area located within a DB2 SKB (StacK Block) that is
  not on a doubleword boundary. The storage requested was not on a
  doubleword boundary which caused subsequent SKB storage to be
  off doubleword boundary and subsequent SKB storage release to
  fail. 00E20017 Explanation: The free stack storage function
  detected that the address of the area to be freed did not lie
  within allocated storage in the stack indicated by the
  requester.
