Problem

This technote explains how to resolve the error "The schema requires the following packages, which are not currently installed in the database". This occurs when using the cqload importschema command in IBM Rational ClearQuest.

Symptom

When importing a schema using cqload importschema, you receive an error message similar to this:

Starting importschema

The import file "d:\directory\filename.txt" is invalid:
The schema requires the following packages, which are not currently installed in the database.
