• Comment with double dash not parsed when the double dash
  in the comment happens to start in column 1.

  *                      dashes fails with parser error.         *

  When importing a COMMENT statement which contains
  lines starting with two leading dashes '--', for example:
  
  COMMENT ON COLUMN <table_name.column> IS
  'Example comment where leading dashes like this
  --fails with a parser error';
  
  the importing process removes the line with leading dashes as
  considering it as a comment line. The removal of the line leads
  to a parser error:
  
  Unsuccessful parse of DDL statement.
  ADB2CID - Now terminating
  ADB0006E ADBCCM - Error(s) found. Please review output.
  
  APAR PI14370 addressed the same problem for non-CM
  Batch path; however, the fix did not cover the import via
  CM Batch path.
