APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When an RTCP update fails, or when RTCP is downgraded version,
  it is no longer possible to use it.
  After either action, you can connect to the RTCP web page but
  you cannot login.
  You see a blank page with only Home and Help links at the top of
  the page.
  
  The RTCP log file has the entry:
  
  Workspace version is later than RTCP version.

Problem conclusion

• Release 9.2.1.1 includes additional documentation explaining how
  to perform a downgrade and additionally presents the user with
  information that explains what has gone wrong should these steps
  not be followed.
