Problem
The License Key Template File, C:\Program Files\Rational\common\templates.ini file is missing or empty.
Symptom
License keys cannot be generated.
Resolving The Problem
You should not experience this problem unless the "templates.ini" file is corrupted or removed from the system. You can find this file in the following directory:
...\Program Files\Rational\Common
If "templates.ini" is corrupted you can copy it back from the installation CD you received from Rational Software.
You can also copy the templates.ini file from a working installation.
