  • RFT playback a script with IME mode which set on IE7. In this ca
se, even the script recorded as alphabet, RFT input a character
in 'Hiragana' if IME mode set to 'Hiragana' on a browser.

Problem summary


    

  • RFT:8.0.0.3 Japanese IME mode is not follow as recorded on
IE7.The playback of inputChar() was depending on the status
of the IME rather than the string being passed in
inputChar().

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The IME was not getting enabled/disabled for the right
thread on IE7
Made the changes to get the right thread
