  This APAR is adding the following new function:
  1. Add a new CLIST that clears the IMSID and command
  at entry to the CCF ISPF command panel.
  2. Add an option where CCF batch processing will terminate
  when an error message is returned for a DB/AREA command
  using the ALL parameter.  (This is valid only when
  command routing is done using APPC or IMS Operations
  Manager.)
  The following problems are also being addressed in this APAR:
  3. Message CCF0388I not documented.
  4. Options from the global options record are being ignored
  if a matching jobname record is present.
