PK88251: RMC: Search elements fail with 404 when target folder name is pr esent in parent name for WAR deployment

Error description

• Problem:
  
  When a configuration is published using WAR to a folder which is
   partially contained within the parent folder name, the publish
  completes and content can be navigated using the embedded links.
    Searching for an element that is contained in the path names w
  ill complete, but attempts to follow the URLs found will fail wi
  th a 404 error.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Publish the RUP for Small Projects to the folder: C:\Producti
  on001\product
  2. Deploy on a  Server.
  3. Search for product
  Notice that the search results will populate.
  4. Click a search result URL.
  Notice that a 404 error is thrown.
  
  Workaround:
  Publish to a different path without the nested names.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Parent folder name is not removed in search index. When
  doing search, search component will generate incorrect URL
  for each search item.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed IndexBuilder to filter path string
