Error description

• Customer hits the CSN-IDS-0002 error when doing incremental
  indexing.
  First full indexing completed successfully. This error happened
  after the first full indexing has been completed (2nd indexing
  and above for incremental).
  

Local fix

• Do Full indexing for now and avoid incremental indexing

  * configured with a leve of "error".  The problem occurs as a  *
  * result of trying to remove expired datasets.                 *
