Error description

• Dump Title: OMEGAMON II FOR DB2: COMPID=5655OPE00, JOB=ZOMGDBD ,
  LMOD=KOBAS510#L, CSECT=UNKNOWN , OFFSET=0139A8
  Loop in KO2OCMCB (at PK74398 level) offsets 9B8-9DE searching
  the command exit table (CMDXITAB) for entry 'HARPNONE'.  Because
  this entry is not in the table nor is there any other way to
  break the loop within this routine, Omegamon loops until
  KOBINT1M detects the loop and generates an SVC DUMP.  The user
  was in Thread History By Report Interval, panel ZHARP when the
  loop occurred.  The following message was seen on this panel:

  online commands was being searched indefinitely, resulting in
  underlying code detecting the loop, cancelling the command, and
  take an SVC dump.
