Problem summary

  • This is the issue with the Engine's output generation of Decimal
numbers with Padding Size set in terms of Characters. All four
rows would generate correct padding as expected with the given
input.

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed a problem with Engine where it generates invalid output
for Decimal number items when Pad->SizeAs set to Characters and
No Kilo Separator defined in the format.
