Error description

• Copying environment groups with pulldown variable do not retain
  pulldown values.
  
  Copying an evironment group with pulldown variable should retain
   pulldown option values.
  
  To Reproduce:
  1.) Import project with environment group containing pulldown va
  riable.
  2.) Copy environment group with pulldown variable.
  3.) Verify that pulldown options for pulldown variable contains
  the same value as the original.
  
  Expected result:
  All pulldown values contain the appropriate pulldown options and
   values.
  
  Actual result:
  All pulldown values do not have any pulldown option and/or value
  s.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Environment Copy does not copy drop-down values
  

Problem conclusion

• The UI now uses a new services layer command to copy
  environments, which preserves the environment entry options.
