Error description
After IMS Connect reaches MAXSOCKETS condition (ACCEPT fails E=127 -- ENFILE), the Port does not accept anymore connections. Customer has to recycle IMS Connect. The following message were received : HWSP1415E TCP/IP SOCKET FUNCTION CALL FAILED; F=ACCEPT4 , R=-1, E=127,M=SDCO,ID=2006 HWSS0771W LISTENING ON PORT=2006 FAILED; R=-1, S=SOCKFAIL, M=SSCH

The ACCEPT failure E=127 (ENFILE) was not detected. This is a FF of PK75630.
Problem conclusion
