APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After saving a change to either a typetree or map source file in
the Map Designer (Eclipse) you may get a dialogue box
    containing the message:

The file has been changed he file system. Do you want to load
    the changes?

    ...for no reason.

Local fix

  • WTXCQ - WTX00030080
    PB / PB
The message itself is harmless, but annoying, and the fix (to TE
    plugin) supresses this message.

Problem summary

  • Invalid dialogue box:
"The file has been changed on the file system. Do you want to
    load the changes"
is displayed when doing alt-tab switching due to wrong file
    condition check in type designer.

Problem conclusion

  • Invalid dialogue box is not showing when there is no file
    change.

Temporary fix
