Error description

• PK50113 tightened up code honouring the Guaranteed Space
  philosophy. ie In GS the user needs to ensure there is adequate
  space on the volumes.
  If there is not enough space, this can result in messages like:

  RC00D70025 define failed using guaranteed space specific volsers
  because the remaining volumes in the DB2 stogroup are not
  retried after an insufficient volume space error.
  

Problem conclusion

• For DB2 stogroup composed of specific volsers for guaranteed
  space, the code is changed to retry the next volume in the list
  if Define fails with insufficient volume space.
