Error description

• DB2 Object Compare Tool can fail in jobstep T03COMP following
  maint apply of Admin Tool ptf uk42507 without also APPLY'g
  OC Tool ptf uk42511 in the same SMP/e job.
  .
  Admin ptf uk42507 has no ++ IF REQ for the OC ptf uk42511,
  but code dependency exists. Both fixes are needed for NF
  support of DB2 LOB objects, as noted in apars: pk70013 and
  pk70014 .
  .
  This problem only affects customers who have both DB2
  Administration Tool and DB2 Object Compare Tool.
  .
