Error description

  • RFT script with system.out.println can't print double byte chara
cters in CQ perspective of RFT.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Associate a RFT script with CTC in CQTM. Add system.out.print
ln to the script and hardcode some Traditional Chinese or other
double byte characters.
2. Execute the RFT script, system out is corrupted.

Local fix

Problem summary


    

  • Processing the String Bytes using StringBuffer caused the
problem.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Processing the String Bytes using ByteArrayOutputStream
instead of StringBuffer.
