• Using ALC against a table, the comments on the triggers will
  disappear after the DROP and CREATE of the table.

  (3)ADB27AC did not fully validate date/time values.
  

Problem conclusion

• (1)ADB27AC is changed to recognize and reproduce "COMMENT ON"
     DDL statements for triggers and indexes.
  
  (2)ADB27AC is changed to generate the correct length value for
     DATE, TIME, or TIMESTMP to VARCHAR conversions.
  
  (3)ADB27AC is changed to validate date/time values.
