• ABEND0C1 in KO2PCTOF+2B0A in the PUTRCOMP routine (COMPRESSION
  SERVICES).  This is an intentional ABEND designed to prevent
  NTH (Near Term History) data corruption when writing into VSAM.

Local fix

• Normally a delete and reallocate of the NTH VSAM files solves
  this problem - NOTE: these files cannot be larger than 2GB,
  and must be allocated in one extent.
