• IOH423E OPEN FAILED FOR MODBLKSx DDNAME xxxxxxxx RETURN CODE 10
  when installing a resource update list after APAR PK73855.
  Also, an ABEND0C4 can occur when installing a resource update
  list.

  3.Message IOH7204W has a misspelling of ACBLIB.
