  applied.
  This problem occurs if all following conditions are satisfied:
    - OCACHE=YES is specified.
    - 121 or more IOVF CIs are defined, and 101 or more of them
      are used.
    - A UOW has 59 or fewer CIs.

  The abend occured because the data space was formatted
  incorrectly. It is a code error in APAR PK72738.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module HFPVIIC0 has been modified to format the data space
  correctly when a UOW has 19 or fewer CIs.
