Error description

  • ABEND0C4 KO2XLKD2+330 (at PK72967 level) on a D5034004A1FA (CLC)
    instruction with 64-Bit GPR4 = 00000000_00000000.
    Also KO2XLKDA + x'36E' at pk72967 instruction
     d501 4000 A20A = CLC
KO2ORCVB is called to handle the program check, but KO2ORCVB
failed to realize the addressing mode and itself program checked
    with ABEND0C4-38 KO2ORCVB+1106 (at PK27397 level) on a 58F0F070
    (LOAD) instruction, 64-Bit GPR15 = 00000010_31BF7F68. Since
KO2ORCVB again will be driven due to the program check, a
    program check loop ensues.
Two problems are addressed in this APAR. First the original
program in KO2XLKD2 not checking for a valid address and second,
KO2ORCVB not setting the addressing mode to 31 bit before using
R15 to address the $TCA in Extended User Region (under the BAR).

with the address of KO2ORCVB being 2D81E880. The above pattern
repeats throughout all of system trace.
