Error description

• Getting EXPRESSION EVALUATION ERROR with INZU213W when a date
  scalar function is applied on a timestamp constant.
  In HPU 220, error messages are issued for each unloaded row and
  the output file is empty.
  In HPU 310, an error message:
  INZU250E INVALID DATETIME CONSTANT '2008-10-24-08.55.56.084066'
  is issued.
  

Local fix

• Run with DB2 FORCE instead of DB2 YES.
