• Summary:
  When creating and workflowing SiteAreas, it is impossible for
  the Content Approver to know where the SiteArea is linked to
  without publishing first.
  
  Description:
  When creating a SiteArea, the Path is not shown. It is only when
  the SiteArea is published that the path is displayed

• The Authoring UI does not show  path information for draft site

• The Authoring UI does not show  path information for draft site

  When building the form to view draft site areas the method call
  to get the site areas path will only work when the site are is
  published.  The code does not check to see if the site area is a
  draft and simply assumes that all site areas are published.

  Added code to check the status of the site area and pass it to
  the code that gets the path information.

  All users who apply workflow to their site areas.
