Error description

  • Modify the source code to insert debug statement in both SIP Int
erface code and in SIPObject. By doing this, the customer can tr
ace and determine where the process hangs.

Local fix

Problem summary


    

  • On October 10 and October 14, customer team used the SIP Object
delivered in earlier on April 2008 to export RPM data on the
Production environment (PMOR3) and was having performance issue.
The process hangs when exporting data on PMOR3.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The code causing the problem process information at task level
and the logic to get the attributes from scope element takes too
long to run.
