Error description
This APAR will provide the following: 1. Provides a new technique for dynamic routing of IMS Connect messages. The new technique is called Rules Based Routing. It provides a much simpler method for defining the rules that provide the details of how IMS Connect should dynamically route input messages to a list of candidate datastores. 2. Add the ability to issue the IMS Connect Extensions Refresh Command via the Batch Command Utility. This is being done to enable automation of changes to the IMS Connect Extensions definitions

1. Added a new technique for defining dynamic routing of messages by message type. The changes include new ISPF ISPF panels to define the new environment as well as new and changed modules to implement the changes. 2. The batch command utility has been changed to allow inclusion of CEX refresh commands so that changes to CEX processing can be staged as required. 3. Modules CEXEXRTR has been changed to provide support for the IMS Degraded Performance SPE UK39175 and UK39380. These changes also inlcude support for a new event record type 45 for datastore status change notification. 4. Changed module CEXPUBMN to prevent 052-516 abend when the local port is present and ICON attempts to connect to WAS.
