PK70416: ADD FUNCTION DFS3650I TRANSACTION REPLACEMENT

Error description

• This APAR will add the following new functions:
  - Added function DFS3650I Transaction Replacement
   After a successful IMS signon (either manual or auto-signon)
   a transaction will be inputted and message DFS3650I  will be
  discarded.
  - Process VTAM userdata
   ETO Support can be configured to extract various information
   from VTAM userdata including: node name, userid, password,
   and MFS format names to be used for DFS3649 and DFS3650
   screens, or the DFS3650 Transaction Replacement name.
   - Option 7 in IZTRAN not showing correct E/CSA values.

• This APAR has been created to add the ability to discard the
  DFS3650I Session Status message, and input an IMS transaction.
  This APAR also introduces the option of ETO Support processing
  VTAM userdata.
  Corrected the erroneous E/CSA display using IZTRAN option 7.
